You bring your technical skills and local knowledge.
We bring the clients, brand, systems, and support.
🔧 Your Role as a Partner
- Take on client-ready design projects (stock or custom)
- Follow Mosaic 33’s drawing standards, file templates, and quality controls
- Submit completed designs for internal review before client delivery
- Handle basic client follow-up if needed (timeline, revisions)
💰 Revenue Model
All work is split 50/50 between Mosaic 33 and the Partner.

🧑🎓 How to Qualify
To ensure quality, all partners must be either:
- Certified through our Mosaic 33 Technical School, OR
- Approved via portfolio review and onboarding interview
You must also:
- Have at least 2 years of design or field experience
- Know how to work with Caribbean building codes
- Communicate clearly and meet agreed deadlines
