- Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete project information and agree to have all deliverables reviewed by a qualified engineer. Mosaic33 is not responsible for construction decisions based on designs that have not been appropriately vetted.
- Payments and Refunds Fees must be paid according to the selected membership or service agreement. We do not guarantee refunds but will consider them on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied, please contact us to resolve any issues.
